The company PROVOS - metalplast s.r.o. is a contract manufacturer of precision-machined products manufacture using the traditional machine-tools able to produce single units as well as larger batches.

ROTATIONAL MACHINING of maximal diameter 900 mm and lenght between edges 2500 mm.

GRINDING OF THE TURNABLE PARTS, shafts, conducting pivots etc. Max diameter of 380 mm and maximal lenght of 1000 mm.

MILLING of parts on the multi-purpose and vertical mills up to the size of 1120x1250x1000 mm.

MACHINING OF LARGE PARTS, weldments, casts is provided by the horizontal jig borer H 100 with a digital read-out of all axis, using of a rotary table and a boring bar.
